Precision-forged from a single piece of the finest high-carbon stainless-steel, the Lamson utility knife undergoes more than 40 steps to completion. The blade is heated to 2,000 F, then forged in a 50-ton press and tempered to the perfect 58 degree Rockwell to achieve razor sharpness. Convex-ground blade is polished, hand-edged and honed, creating the superior edge retention that has established Lamson as the experts in American-made cutlery.

The Lamson utility knife provides the perfect balance of carbon and chromium for a high degree of resistance to corrosion and unprecedented physical strength. Full tang triple-riveted to comfortable-grip Pakkawood handle for lifetime durability. Lamson professional-quality granny tools complement the design and durability of this forged utility knife.
