The LamsonSharp Ebony Forged Cutlery Series features a one-piece, forged, full tang blade made of hardened and tempered high-carbon stainless steel from Soligen, Germany. The Dymondwood® resin-infused wood handles are heat and water resistant, they are triple riveted with nickel silver rivets for perfect balance and weight. The taper-ground blades are polished, hand-edged and honed. As a special gift with your purchase, this knife will be shipped in its own KnifeSafe?. This knife will be Sharp for Life, with the unique free factory knife sharpening program. All LamsonSharp products are proudly made in the USA and carry a lifetime warranty.
Because LamsonSharp hones each blade by hand, these knives have the razor-sharp cutting edge you need to slide through the crustiest loaves of bread and the ripest tomatoes without tearing their delicate interiors. The sturdy 8-inch blade is forged from heavy-gauge high-carbon stainless steel, and forged blades are heavier and stronger than stamped blades. Three brass rivets secure the standard LamsonSharp full tang inside the ergonomic Delrin handle.
